RETURNS ARE EASY AND HASSLE FREE AT NOMADIC STATION. SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS.

RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to exchange, provide store credit, or refund items in new, unused, damaged, and original condition within 60 days from the date of your order. When returning items, all product/ticket swing tags and packaging must be returned undamaged with the goods in order for the goods to be restocked and resold. Return shipping costs will be refunded to you where the return is a result of our error.

When returning goods please include a copy the reason for the return, and, if you would like to make an exchange, please include the details of the new items you would like.

Please note, we cannot provide a refund if; you do not have proof of purchase from Nomadic Station, the goods have been used or tested, the goods have been damaged after you purchased them, or if you find the same item at a cheaper price somewhere else.

Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchase unless faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period.
We recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

To return items over 10kg, or longer than 1.2m, please contact Customer Service; service@nomadicstation.com

Gift cards, promo codes and sales promo prices cannot be applied to exchanges.

Special Order Items

Products that are specially ordered non-stocked items, custom made, bulk quantity, or corporate special orders cannot be exchanged/refunded.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Nomadicstation.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Nomadicstation.com

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it either by sending a message to service@nomadicstation.com  or using your PayPal account.
